For those who practice Capoeira, it brings fitness, confidence, musicality and rhythm, as well as an insight into another culture. Our group is a diverse community of friends who have met through Capoeira. We enjoy getting together socially as well as training throughout the week. It is a fantastic way of meeting new people and gaining new skills, as well as finding talents you didn't know you had!

You don’t have to be fit, strong or flexible to join our classes. We like to encourage all body types and abilities to join our group, and you will always be supported in learning Capoeira on your own terms.
