You don’t have to be fit, strong or flexible to join our classes. We like to encourage all body types and abilities to join our group, and you will always be supported in learning Capoeira on your own terms. We hold weekly beginners classes, and classes for children. Please visit our 'Beginners' and 'Kids' sections for full information on joining the group. |
